1: I haven't exercised for a while, am I fit enough to take part?YES. The Sculpt Boot Camps are designed and instructed to ensure that all levels of fitness are catered for. Everyone from the nervous beginner to the hardened veteran will get a great workout.2: What does a typical session involve?Every Sculpt Boot Camp will involve warming up exercises, bodyweight resistance exercises, core training, cardiovascular / interval training, partner / group exercises, flexibility and cooling down. No two sessions will be the same to keep you motivated and your body guessing.3: What results can I expect?With good attendance and sticking to your nutritional plans you can expect to gain muscle, lose fat, increase cardiovascular fitness, increase energy levels, LOOK AND FEEL GREAT! Don't take our word for it - check out our testimonials page!4: What will my instructor be like?All of our instructors are expert REPS qualified personal trainers with huge experience in taking group exercise classes. They will inspire and encourage you to get the most out of your boot camp experience without shouting at you!5: What do I need to bring?You just need to bring yourself , comfortable sports clothing and trainers, towel, exercise mat and a bottle of water.6: Will the class be cancelled if it rains?Our trainers will be there rain, sleet or snow! To get great results you need to be CONSISTENT and attend as many classes as possible.
