When I started the sculpting class I hadn't done much exercise for a long time, what was so perfect about the class was that we were given options of whether we did easy or hard exercises. This meant that each week I could push myself a little further. Within a few weeks I noticed a real difference in my overall fitness and strength. I originally joined the class in spring to prepare for the dreaded bikini season, I wanted to tone up and feel more confident and I noticed a real change to my body. David is a great teacher and will adapt the classes to suit our needs, if we particularly want to work on our stomachs one week, he will make sure that plenty of core exercises are incorporated into the class. The classes are always varied and interesting and they're a great energy boost at the start of the week.

I really enjoy training with David. When I wake up on Monday mornings,
the thought of exercising at lunchtime is not the most appealing
thing, but I always leave the class feeling on top of the world and
ready to take on the week ahead! Before I started exercising with
David, I could barely do one press up, let alone several sets of them,
but weeks on, I feel stronger and definitely fitter. I love the way he
keeps the classes interesting by mixing it up from week to week, and
the classes have a good mix of cardio and toning. I recommend Sculpt
to anyone who wants to get in shape in a relatively painless and
fun way! I even look forward to doing press ups now!
